Are u familiar with the Junior Canada -Russia 8 game Super series Kr ? Took place last summer ?...Oh my ...That Was a Slaughter of Biblical Proportions !...We had all of our top guys, save too ... J. Staal & Vlasic were only ones missing ( if memory serves ) so it was kinda another Jr ' Dream Team' for us...Much better than the team Canuck Jr's ur Mini-Kronors faced in December...Cause we were missing Sam Gagner, Perron and Lucic ( who looked like a MAN among little boyz in that S-series ) + Brandon Sutter had a bad shoulder at the World Jr's & was a mere shadow of himself... But I digress...

Those Russian Jr's just couldn't take the ( clean but hard ) pounding in that S-series and were dropping like flies...So they asked mid series to be allowed to add more players, above the limit set pre-tourney...
