| Yeah, AO did take someone out. And it wasn't like the guy had his head down or anything, he was just racing down one side of the rink, and Ovechkin, coming out of the penalty box, gave him one. Are you sure he wasn't suspended? I know that Weber was for elbowing some guy. |

| I don't think that Wallin's hit was clean at all, I'm not condoning any of the earlier hits. And I think that Murray should have been penalised for interference and maybe something extra. Sergei Fedorov in an interview after the game said the hit was clean. I don't think it's about pre-meditation as much as getting inside your opponents head and getting them off their game. Loads of players say things like that. By the way, I've heard that apparently Fedorov called the hit clean, but has anyone else picked this up? |

| Well, as much as I like to Sweden lose every now and then, I hate to see Lundqvist unhappy. Since Rick DiPietro and Kimmo Timonen are not at the WC's, he might be the prettiest guy there |

| He tripped him, what does he expect? I'm guessing his last name is not a coincidence and that he is from the hockey-renowned Sutter family? |

http://www.aftonbladet.se/sportbladet/hock...ticle2446984.ab Quick small translation since i doubt you speak Swedish. Fedorov: 'Gotta show some respect' When he met the Swedish reporters after the game he was asked about the hit from Murray. 'I think it's an ok hit, but you gotta show respect. You don't expect to get hit by a train when you don't have the puck. You can not hurt people on the ice' |

The only one lacking Credibility here Riga is U/ some of Ur Russian contingent/ Putin-ski Mob...Cuz I seem to recall reading the same thing...Fedorov called the hit clean ...think that quote's in the IIHF news files |

| Give me the original, since Fedorov doesn't speak Swedish either. I wanna see what he actually said, not what some Swedish journalist wrote, there have been a lot of "loose" interpretations of what athletes said by the press before. |

| I remember reading somewhere that of all of the Sutter kids, the most talented one didn't end up playing pro hockey, and instead got married, had problems, got divorced etc. How he must regret his choices... |
