And the truth here was that, despite aweful, aweful refereeing, Russia composed itself after 1st period and came back to win the game against Canada, who thought they had it in the bag. And if you need any more evidence about referee bias, just look at how long they discussed whether to send Nash out for delay of game? If Russians would have done that, they would have been out in a sec (just as it was called on them twice, mind you, in the first period).

I was merely pointing out what everyone else saw - bad refereeing in the 1st period. You don't have to agree. Many Russians might not agree with me. I am entitled to my opinion though. BUT, that does not give you a fucking right to insult me. If that is the way you roll, fine. But remember this, an attitude like that will NEVER win you a gold medal.

And by the way (and this is directed to everyone else, BUT dryden), I personally thought this was a fantastic game. These were truly two best of the best teams and I am happy I got a chance to witness such amazing hockey.

maybe we should have video reviews every few minutes to make sure everything gets called...

It is true that I saw a few penalties that could have been called against Russia, but were not, and I am not here saying the refs lost us the game (or won the games for the Russians). Sheesh.
